Ankle Pick from Front Headlock
Use this when the opponent controls your choke hand in front headlock and you cannot finish the guillotine. By dropping your knee in front of their toes on your head side, you prime them to posture up. As they do, punch your controlled hand across their hip while catching the heel with your outside hand, then transfer to the laces to finish.
