Body Lock Guard Pass

A half guard pass initiated by securing a body lock from an underhook, using head pressure and leg entanglement to neutralize the opponent's base and secure side control.

  3. 3Slide your knee out and insert butterfly hooks to control the space between the opponent's knees.1:27
  4. 4Extend your right leg and bring your right knee to the floor, then slide your knee behind the opponent's hips.1:34
  5. 5Slide your underhook over the opponent's arm to secure top-side control.1:50
  6. 6From the body lock, drive your head over the far shoulder and insert a butterfly hook as you free your knee.2:16
  7. 7Bring your knee across to the side and use a high knee as a post while the butterfly hook blocks their knees.2:27
