Collar-Sleeve Knee Cut Pass

A primary knee cut pass from reverse Ashi Garami that uses collar and sleeve grips to flatten the opponent and prevent guard recovery or single-leg attacks.

  1. 1Break the opponent's collar grip and clear your foot from their hip.1:01
  2. 2Clear the reverse Ashi Garami hook and push the opponent's knee to the ground.1:10
  3. 3Straighten your leg and drop your knee to the floor next to the opponent's hip.1:18
  4. 4Lean far forward, avoiding leaning back.1:22
  5. 5Grab a low collar grip and a sleeve grip.1:27
  6. 6Pull the collar up and press your knuckles into the ground while pulling the sleeve up.1:38
  7. 7Drop your hips to the opponent's hips and use your back to keep their top leg out.1:55
