Elbow Escape from Side Control

Use when pinned in side control to recover guard. The escape solves the perpendicular weight problem by incrementally gaining inside position (elbow, then knee, then hand inside bicep), forming a V-frame to push away, and aligning your spine parallel to theirs where you can manage their weight.
