THIS Is The Easiest Takedown in Jiu Jitsu! #jiujitsu

youtube·Matt Arroyo Jiu Jitsu ·1:53·8 techniques

Overview

The instructor teaches a high-percentage takedown built around inside control and a neck hook, designed to neutralize strong wrestlers who sprawl effectively. Rather than attacking the legs directly, the method uses a lead-arm neck hook to pull the opponent into a guillotine-like position, then sprawls in a circle toward the underhook to take them down. The finish transitions naturally to back control or submissions.
