4x4 Mount Attack System

Use when you achieve mount in no-gi against a skilled, defensive opponent. Solves the position-to-submission gap by attacking breathing instead of striking. Works by using head-to-head alignment to cover nose and mouth with your chest, creating panic reactions that expose arms and back.

  3. 3Lift to expose the shoulder and establish a full cross-face10:20
  4. 4Lock the standard mount with your feet10:34
  5. 5Start finger-walking to progressively raise the opponent's arm10:41
  6. 6Expose the opponent's head to your hand, lift their head off the floor, and position your elbow underneath11:04
  7. 7Clear the opponent's arm off your back with a shoulder shrug11:16
  8. 8Secure the opponent's head in a chest-wrap position11:28
  9. 9Walk your chest forward to transition into high mount11:33
  10. 10Cover the opponent's face with your chest and drop your head to the floor11:41
