Anaconda Choke Defense
When the opponent counters your wrestler bridge by rolling you into an anaconda, immediately freeing the trapped elbow solves the lock before it fully forms. The mechanism relies on timing: creating connected hand structure while they're still rolling prevents them from completing the grip.
