Outside-In Slide-By from Collar Tie
Use this when the opponent has a strong collar tie on you and you cannot get inside position for the drag. By lacing over their collar-tie arm and posting into their neck, you create a frame that stops their pull. A small downward tug primes them to posture up, then you lift their elbow through and rotate to standing back.
