Over-Under Body Lock Takedown

Use this when you secure an over-under clinch position. It works by driving chest pressure into the opponent while transitioning to double underhooks, then lifting and walking them backward to finish the takedown. The mechanism relies on maintaining a spear-in-chest posture and straightening the arms at the tailbone to control their hips.
