  1. 1Wrap your dominant arm around his neck with the elbow pit seated directly under his chin — no space between the elbow pit and his neck1:28

  16. 16Once the blade is under the chin: spread your fingers out, raise your wrist, and punch the rest of the arm in to seat the elbow under the chin11:18
  17. 17Lift both of you up slightly to free your trapped arm, then apply full RNC: elbow pit to neck, grab bicep-shoulder, hook hand low behind head, elbow down, elbows together, make a muscle — steady pressure to finish11:40
