The Humbler from Kneeling Position

A submission starting from the knees using a lapel and sleeve grip (gi) or wrist and neck grip (no-gi) to tip the opponent over and finish with an armbar.

  3. 3Step your foot up and place your heel right by opponent's knee to prevent them from basing out0:20
  4. 4Pull opponent's arm and tip them over your foot0:24

  6. 6Bring your knee on belly and step your other foot over opponent0:29
  7. 7Sit and pull opponent on top of you0:33
