This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Permitted use
Submit links to publicly accessible BJJ instructional videos you have a lawful right to access, generate AI summaries for your own study, and organize them in your library.
Prohibited use
Intellectual property & circumvention
- Don’t submit links to videos you can’t lawfully access (paywalled course material, private uploads, leaked content).
- Don’t use ZenCub to circumvent paywalls, DRM, age gates, geographic restrictions, or login walls.
- Don’t download, redistribute, or republish third-party video through or via ZenCub.
- Don’t submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights.
- Don’t misrepresent authorship of AI summaries or strip the back-link to the original creator.
Platform abuse
- No probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of ZenCub.
- No bots, scrapers, or headless browsers (except via APIs we publish).
- No accessing another user’s account or data.
- No reverse-engineering or decompiling the service.
Unlawful or harmful content
- No unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening content.
- No content depicting, promoting, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors.
- No fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful use.
Service abuse
- No reselling, sublicensing, or commercial redistribution without our written permission.
- No bulk account creation, ban evasion, or referral/promo manipulation.
- No submissions intended to overload our AI providers or extract model behavior.
Reporting & enforcement
Report violations to [email protected](subject “AUP Report”). Copyright owners should use our DMCA Policy. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts at our discretion, and may cooperate with law enforcement as required.
