DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last updated: April 30, 2026
ZenCub respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws.
How ZenCub uses third-party content
ZenCub does not host, redistribute, or stream third-party video. When a user submits a publicly available video link, we extract the transcript and metadata to generate an original AI-written summary. Source videos remain on the creator’s platform and users are linked there to watch.
If you are a rights holder and believe content on ZenCub infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice using the procedure below.
Submitting a DMCA takedown notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing on ZenCub, with enough detail (URL, technique title, etc.) to permit us to locate it.
- Your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
