Summary
- Unused credits are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase.
- Consumed credits (already spent on processing a video) are non-refundable — the AI-processing cost has been incurred.
- Failed processing — if an import fails on our end, the credit is automatically returned to your balance.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected]from your account email with the approximate purchase date, amount, and a brief reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Partial refund: if you’ve used some credits from a pack, we refund the unused balance at the pack’s per-credit price.
Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve almost all billing issues quickly by email. Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Subscriptions
ZenCub does not offer subscriptions. No auto-renewal, no recurring billing — you are charged only when you actively buy a credit pack.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your jurisdiction.
