Elbow Escape from Mount
Use this when pinned in mount to recover your legs and return to closed guard. It works by creating frames to prevent high mount, inverting the knee to scoop under the opponent's ankle, and systematically bringing each leg back between you and your opponent to restore bottom guard position.
