  2. 2Pin the opponent's shoulder blade by steering your chest weight to the side they try to turn1:41
  3. 3Place your left hand wide out for balance and to block the kipping escape2:04

  5. 5Slide your shoulder under the opponent's chin to drive your hip towards their hip2:42
