· save to drill into each
  1. 1Lock feet under opponent's butt, heels as high as possible, drop hips and gut onto their solar plexus, lift hands off the ground0:46
  2. 2Place the blade of your wrist on their shoulder, drive the blade into their neck, and hook it up into their jaw — 'what time is it' grip2:41
  3. 3Drive knee up under their armpit into S-Mount, at least level with their head3:47
  4. 4Release the grip, place one hand on their neck and one on their temple, drive their head into their shoulder — smushing them against your hips4:19
  5. 5At the same time, slide other foot under their armpit using the back of the foot — not palm down4:32
  6. 6Lean all weight onto the near knee — right shoulder to right knee — to make the far leg completely light5:31
  7. 7While leaning, find the arm, swing the far leg over, step the foot to replace the hand on the neck, then sit — only release the neck once seated and pulled in tight5:57
  8. 8Find the wrist, clamp both hands on it, and ensure the thumb is facing the ceiling6:08
  9. 9Lie down, knees pinched together, right foot tight under their armpit, left foot in their neck — bite heels close6:20
  10. 10Pull the wrist down while raising your hips through the elbow to hyperextend and finish6:40
