- 4If the opponent blocks your under-hand, throw that arm over their shoulder, grab the lapel fold or thumb, and push up to create space.1:10
- 5If they escape to the side, shift your weight, pull them up into a technical mount, and shoot your hand under their collar palm-away to grab the bottom lapel.1:54
- 6Push the bottom lapel to the floor, bring elbows to lats, and squeeze tall to finish the modified bow-and-arrow choke.2:19
