Applied when the opponent regains posture after defending the triangle, using a neck hook and hip shift to isolate the arm.

  1. 1Hook the back of his neck with your leg when he regains posture.3:03
  2. 2Shift your hips to the opposite side of his leg and secure his arm.3:10
  3. 3Bring your leg back around, squeeze his neck slightly, and finish the armlock.3:13
  4. 4If he turns to face you or pulls the arm free, hook the neck, secure the wrist and elbow, hop your hips, and bring the leg back to re-establish the armbar angle.3:25
