Armbar from Closed Guard
Use when you have wrist control in closed guard and need to submit your opponent from bottom. It isolates the arm by breaking posture, creating an angle with your hip pivot, and securing control. The mechanism relies on squeezing the knees to prevent escape while elevating hips to hyperextend the elbow.
