Elbow Escape from Back Control
Use this when opponent has back control with hooks in to return to closed guard. This is potentially very dangerous because of strangulation threats, so you must monitor the choking hand first. Then determine which direction you fall, beat the bottom hook by stepping over, win head position, and complete the elbow escape to recover guard.
