  1. 1Slide fingers under opponent's wrists from inside and wipe their hands off your body, then torpedo-follow wherever the hands go — pulling your legs in — until both hands hit the mat0:55
  2. 2Push opponent's head to one side with your hand while placing your armpit over the other side, open your guard briefly with knees kept tight, get on your elbow, and turn onto your hip2:08
  3. 3Immediately hook the arm right as high to the shoulder and armpit as possible — do NOT grab the wrist first — then glue your elbow tight to your body2:48
  4. 4Take your time and find the wrist — grip with thumb from the bottom, then swivel your hand to lock the figure-four. If arms are short, slide your bicep down their tricep3:25
  5. 5Drive elbow down then hip forward — elbow, hip, elbow, hip — repeating the ratchet until your hip bulldozes his hand off the mat4:23
  6. 6Once his hand comes off the mat, swing your left leg high over his back and swivel your head to 3 o'clock — perpendicular to the opponent4:45
  7. 7Get behind the arm, glue opponent's elbow to your chest, push their wrist to their back, and turn your body for the finish4:58
