  1. 1Slide your arm under opponent's elbow placing your wristwatch area under the tricep tendon.5:18
  2. 2Turn opponent's elbow to face you and keep his bicep close to your chest.5:30
  3. 3Fall back while grabbing opponent's wrist with your posted hand and pull elbow toward you, maintaining a 90° bend in the arm.5:38
  4. 4Collect second wrist to form a thumb-full grip and scoot hips toward the Kimura side.5:49
  5. 5Get onto your side facing opponent as much as possible and close your guard to prevent opponent from rolling out.6:04
  6. 6Squeeze everything tight and try to put opponent's hand on the back of his head, not letting it get all the way there.6:13
