  1. 1Initiate an arm drag from butterfly guard, falling to your opposite hip instead of your same hip.0:45
  2. 2Pull the opponent's arm across your body and post your head flat on the mat.1:36
  3. 3Drive your elbow deep into the opponent's shoulder or armpit while keeping your head next to theirs, not on top.1:50
  4. 4Keep your trapping elbow pointing straight up toward the ceiling, not parallel to the floor.2:16
  5. 5Lock your hands together and begin lifting to your left side.2:27
  6. 6If the opponent pushes back against your lift, transition your weight to lift over your right shoulder.2:32
  7. 7Maintain the high right elbow as they attempt to post their left hand to base out.3:07
  8. 8Complete the rotation into a mounted position to secure the sweep and attack.3:21
