Triangle Choke Escape — Hip Off and Leg Break
Used when caught in a triangle choke to prevent the choke from tightening. The mechanism relies on creating immediate space by framing the elbow outside the head and pulling the hips off-center, followed by forcing the opponent's leg to unlock.
