Triangle Choke from Closed Guard
Use this when you can achieve one arm inside your legs and one outside from closed guard. It finishes by compressing both carotid arteries — one with your leg directly, the other by driving their shoulder into their own neck. The core mechanism is closing the box: simultaneously squeeze knees, pull the head, and raise hips to create crushing multidirectional pressure. Size doesn't matter because you're using your legs against their neck.
