Triangle Choke from Guard

Use this fundamental triangle setup when you've isolated head and arm from guard. The submission works by simultaneously lifting hips into the neck, pinching knees to compress the sides, and pulling the head down—three forces that close the carotid arteries when executed at the proper angle.
