Triangle from Closed Guard — Collar Tie Entry

Used when the opponent is alert to standard wrist-control entries. It solves the posture problem by using a collar tie to break the neck down, enabling deep knee penetration for a secure strangulation.

  2. 2Push the controlled wrist into the opponent's sternum while pulling with your legs to close the distance.2:51
  3. 3Split your legs and throw your leg over the opponent's collar, placing your foot on their hip for height.3:03
  4. 4Scoop the hand through to the front, lift your lower back off the mat, and wedge the triangle behind the head.4:01
