Back Escape to 50/50 by Mason Fowler Sometimes it can be difficult to escape the back when they have one hook in, especially when you're finding it difficult to break their seat belt grip directly. A good alternative is to change the position transitioning into the 50/50 position. From the 50/50 position, you can choose to disengage, attack leg locks, or perform a classic 50/50 sweep. The primary goal is to escape the back control. Learn more in Mason's full back control course "Back In Control", available now on Digitsu. #bjj
