Knees-Up Scoot Escape
Use this when the opponent has established hooks but you're defending the choke with crossed hands and tucked chin. Turning your knees up floats the opponent's feet, creating space to scoop your hips back toward your heels, which generates tension to pop the bottom hook and turn to face.
